Non personalised items (excluding uniforms) can be exchanged for size up/down where size is incorrect

Alternative styles of uniform items will be provided where stock shortage do not allow for the photographed style to be sent.

Styles vary between Childrens & Adults sizes e.g. Larger waistbands, longer/shorter leg etc.

No Refunds on Wigs - Exchanges will be accommodated where stock allows and postage must be paid - Wigs will not be ordered from

the UK for exchanges.
