School Uniform orders are 2-4 weeks for turnaround

All orders are shipped with Fastway Couriers in Ireland - Delivery times vary at the Couriers Discretion

No returns on personalised goods - including school orders

Orders are shipped to address provided at time of payment. Altering of address is not guaranteed

No Returns on sale items

Refunds are issued on faulty goods only within 30 days of payment on the receipt of goods returned

Non personalised items can be exchanged for size up/down where size is incorrect

All shortages must be reported within 72hours of delivery

All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Alternative styles of uniform items will be provided where stock shortage do not allow for the photographed style to be sent.

Styles vary between Childrens & Adults sizes e.g. Larger waistbands, longer/shorter leg etc.

Dance Portal Apparel are not liable for any shortages or damages not reported within the required time frame

It is the customers responsibility to pay any duties or taxes that occur on shipments to countries outside of the EU.
